I am a rare but repeat customer here, and recently ordered a load of limestone for a driveway. They had issues with putting it on the driveway due to overhead power lines, and put the 12-yard pile in the side lot I did not own. I reached out to them for a solution, and they moved, spread and levelled the stone onto the driveway - a $100 minimum job, and charged me nothing. That - is Serving the Customer. Rock Bottom clearly goes beyond basic Customer Service. Highly recommend, and will be a continued repeat customer with loyalty.

Fast professional service. Needed additional wall stone to finish wall and worked with Theresa and Justin in side and the guys in the yard / driver really took pride in their job; friendly and made suggestions. Went in and picked out and was able to get delivery the same day and Joe from Yard Works finished as the rain began. Worked with Rock bottom last year and very similar experience!!! Got 12 yards of chips and gravel.Driver accidentally bumped the gate. Rock bottom not only maintained prompt communication through out the process but also sent out a maintenance person who did quality work repairing the fence/gate. Through and through I would recommend. Five star +Hard to find stand up companies now a days.

Purchased 5 yards of the cocoa mulch, which is excellent quality, and had an all around great experience. Carlos, who delivered the mulch was great. On my second delivery, he rushed to get it to me, which was really appreciated. Mike too was great. I called at 1:00 (they were closing at 3) and he made an exception to allow my second delivery. Otherwise, I would have had to wait until the next weekend (my choice). I highly recommend Rock Botttom!

Great experience. We first tried another supplier closer to us and got the answering machine every time. When we finally did get to talk to them they seemed quite rude and told me they could only schedule on Mondays and I'd need to call back then. Even though I was on the phone with them at that moment.When calling Rock Bottom the phone got answered every time with barely one ring. They were courteous and helpful and got things setup right away. They got us on their schedule within 3 days of talking to them.When the driver (Jeremy) came with the material, he checked our ground and made sure it would hold well and had us sign a waiver making sure we realize the truck could leave ruts. He was friendly and really good at what he does. He was able to maneuver through our fence gates and deliver the material right were it was needed.In fact we had ordered some top soil which was going into to raised garden beds I had built (8'x4'). He was able to land half the soil in one and the rest in the other with hardly any spillover by dumping from his truck! Saved me hours of labor in trying to move that stuff. He also recommended a different type of garden soil for us to try next time when he saw what it was for. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received!
