Terms & Conditions

IMPORTED MATERIALS:

  • Call for current pricing due to rapid exchange rates

GENERAL:

  • Payment will be required at delivery for all customers without credit
  • Invoices are due within 30 days of purchase to established accounts 
  • Any past due accounts are subject to finance charges of 1-1/2% per month and any applicable legal fees
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Sales tax will be charged on all items unless a sales tax exempt certification is on file and up to date
  • All freight and delivery material is subject to Michigan sales tax
  • Due to the elements of Michigan weather, Rock Bottom Stone Supply, LLC  will not be held responsible for damage from freeze thaw cycles and does not guarantee or imply that products will hold up in Michigan climates

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

  • No returns on brick (no exceptions)
  • No returns without sales receipt
  • All returns are subject to approval
  • No returns on special order items
  • When requesting a refund for purchase paid by check there will be a 10 day waiting period

SPECIAL ORDERS:

  • Special orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed
  • No returns on special order items

RESTOCKING:

  • 50% restocking fee on all flagstone materials
  • 25% restocking fee on all other material

PROPERTY DAMAGE:

  • Rock Bottom Stone Supply, LLC is not responsible for damage to trucks while loading and/or unloading
  • Rock Bottom Stone Supply, LLC  is not responsible for driveways, walkways or yard damage where deliveries occur

CALCULATIONS:

  • Rock Bottom Stone Supply, LLC will not be held responsible for calculations on brick, wallstone or any other materials we sell
  • Rock Bottom Stone Supply, LLC will not be held responsible for calculations completed with the website calculator
